Booboo knee

Meghan fell while trying to run and got a booboo knee so I carried her and Sheba took the opportunity to hitch a ride.

Big Day!

We had a couple of milestones today. When we picked up Meghan at daycare, they told us that Meghan is getting ready to walk. Later that evening, she took 4 steps without hesitation. We were delighted!

When we got home we discovered that Sheba has been adding to her collection of tricks and has graduated from moving her cage from the breakfast area and around the kitchen (which involves taking corners). Now, she can escape from the cage which could be a problem.

Teddy Bear or Dog?

Meghan was full of beans last night and just wouldn't settle down with a book or even slow down long enough to look tired. Instead she was playing with her favourite teddy bear, Sheba, who is very good natured and understanding of a small person's urges to tug on her ears.

After taking Sheba for a stroll in the woods with Sasha, Harry, Taylor, Bruno, Pete and Ginger, we went to Voila, the french bakery in Allen and took some pictures with Neil.

The first one is Meghan and I trying out the baby carrier at the park.

We had a bit of a fright later when we tried to start the car and got nothing. We had to call roadside assistance to come and change the battery. Neil was a lifesaver and came back to drive Meghan, Aey and Sheba home. Thanks Neil!
